True Story

I had an unfortunate experience this morning. If you have kids, this is probably a familiar story. If you don't, it's something to look forward to. Levi and I went for a walk to the coffee shop and on the way home he was running circles in the grass. I finally picked Levi up to carry him and after about five minutes of walking, I noticed mud smeared all over my sweater.  I went to wipe it off with my hand when I noticed the "mud" was also on one of Levi's boots.

 Poo.

That's right. I was covered in dog poo. I still had to make it home while trying to avoid spreading the poo further. Not my finest hour.

As you can imagine, this isn't the outfit I began my day in. However, after my crappy morning (ha, ha, ha), I felt like dressing pretty for our trip down to Granville Island to meet Ben for dinner.

Outfit Details:
Very old long sleeve shirt
Jacob sweater
Joe Fresh skirt and tights
Spank Shoes
Grandpa's scarf
Grandma's coral and pearl ring

  4. Is there anything more perfect than a long, slightly-chunky cardigan over a short, feminine dress? I would argue no. So glad you found my blog so I could find yours!
